I have had issues with the parallel = TRUE flag. No issues when parallele = FALSE. But when I put it to TRUE it just keeps hanging, even though I have 20 cores available.

Okay, but just to follow up. I have had no issues when running commonfactorGWAS() with the parallel=TRUE flag in the precisely same setup.
