After opening the SSH client (Shell In A Box), make a new folder in your home directory and copy today’s files into that folder:
mkdir day6
cp /faculty/brad/2022/day6/* .
Then open Rstudio (RStudio Sign In), and the folder you just created.
Open the file called lgcPrac.R.
All of the answers are in the lgcPracAnswers.R, the various pdfs of the qualtrics files and a worked example will be released after the end of session B.
