I couldn’t quite understand what the zygosity (zyg2,zyg5,zyg6) variables you used in video 4 correspond to. There are some variables other than 1 and 2 under the zyg5 and zyg6 columns, for example 3 or 5, what do they represent? Why are there multiple zygosity variables in the database?
