About testing equal means across twin order, etc

Lines 96-99 in “practicalDay3.R” appear to test equal means across order for male twins. Are we expected to change/modify the code/command to perform this test for female twins?

The same question is applied for testing equal means and variance across twin order and testing equal means and variances across twin order and zygosity.

Hi,

I believe you have to change the numbers after twinData$zyg in line 64 and 65 and then run again. In lines 28-32 it is defined which number means what (1 is female MZ, 3 is female DZ, 2 is male MZ…)
