Hi,

Thank you for the very helpful fine-mapping lectures!! I am interested in applying the FastMAP tool to combine cohort-specific fine-mapping results, but I was unable to find the tool/publication on a quick google search, could I please request a link to this or similar tools? For context, I am working on fine-mapping GWAS loci across several African ancestry populations (Uganda, South Africa, Ethiopia and Kenya). I have access to in-cohort LD for each sample, and am exploring different ways to combine the data. Pretty noisy results from Susie-X unfortunately…considering blended LD matrix but the idea of fine-mapping in each pop and then combining or somehow meta-analysing those results sounds even better? Would appreciate ay thoughts or advice.

Thanks,

Kristien
