Hi,
Just wondering whether there is any tutorial or practical on Bayesian-based PGI methods. It would be much appreciated if anyone could point out any useful resources on these advanced approaches.
Thank you!

Most of these methods have tutorial pages:
[GitHub - getian107/PRScs: Polygenic prediction via continuous shrinkage priors](https://github.com/getian107/PRScs)
[LDpred-2 - Basic Tutorial for Polygenic Risk Score Analyses (choishingwan.github.io)](https://choishingwan.github.io/PRS-Tutorial/ldpred/)
[GCTB (cnsgenomics.com)](https://cnsgenomics.com/software/gctb/#Tutorial)

I do also have a PRS-CS practical that I had used for another course, I’m happy to share that one. I’ll dig it up and put it on /home/aysu/2023/.
